Hi, I had ordered a product “Sony HD-E1/SC2 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Disk (Silver Color)” (Order Number : I14121200738) on 14th December 2012 from India Plaza and made online payment of Rs 4,950, the product was showing as “in stock” on the website at the time of order placement. Indiaplaza claims of delivering the product in 5 days. But after 10 days of not receiving the product, i had made an enquiry with your customer support and I was told that item is not in stock and would now be shipped on 29th December 2012. I waited for the delivery, but I didn’t receive the product hence on 31st December 2012 I checked the status on Indiaplaza website I was surprised to notice that the shipping date has been delayed again till 11th January 2013. On speaking to the customer care official, I was informed that the product is out of stock. But in reality the product is still showing “as available” on Indiaplaza website, I can today as well place another order for the same product, as its not showing “out of stock” Kindly help me in this matter.

I would like the product to be delivered immediately, or my money be refunded with additional compensation for the delay caused and false commitments.
