IndiaTimes Shopping Delay in Replacement of Dry Iron Box

Dear sir,

I purchased a dry iron from indiatimes site dated 18/12/2012(order no. 3001807738) product was delivered on 21/12/2012 but was damaged from inside for which i registered a complaint 588108 and asked for replacement of the product . I sent a reminder 26/12/2012 attended by Kartika Pahwa who promised to address the issue at earliest after 2 days passed and i did not recieve any affirmative reply I escalated the level of my complaint to operation head at his email on 28/12/2012 I did not receive any reply from him on my email. on 31/12/2012 i again sent an email to customer service and operation head enquiring about the time frame for resolution of complaint and how much more time do they need but then also no reply mail on 1/1/2013 when i again sent a mail at their customer service it was attended by Suresh Gurnani who again mentioned the same thing that complaint is in the process and it will take some time also contact was made at their Facebook page on 30/12/2012 on which it was promised to get a solution in 24 hrs.. more than 2 days have passed since the empty promise sir , since 12 days is a reasonable time to offer a replacement in NCR and moreover they are operating more daryaganj delhi also dry iron being an essential item and of daily use it is amounting to undue harassment and mental stress. moreover i could not purchase another iron since the one is already pending and the cost has already increased as new year offer have lapsed.

I demand an immediate replacement of iron in addition to it a monetary compensation of rs 1500 so that they show some sensitivity
