I had purchased a Airtel Prepaid Number 9665032416 some 5-6 months back with proper documentation. I was using the sim in IPAD so obviously only data usage was there. I dint used the data for 2-3 months. But on 24 Dec’12, I had recharged the number with 3G data plan of 250/- and was using it continuously. And suddenly on 28 Dec’12 they deactivated my number. And when asked the reason, they said there might be some document issue, or due to no usage or no recharge.. They dint give the proper reason. But my question is if i was using the sim with lifetime validity then why they deactivated it without checking my usage and details??

I had done recharge of 3G data of 250/- with 1 month validity on 24 Dec’12 only…Now i have to buy a new sim and recharge it again.

I want my money back.
