Lenovo Laptop – Touch stopped not attending complaint

I bought this laptop in October, 2014. This is touch enabled laptop and the touch stopped working after a automatic windows upgrade was done. I raised my first complain on 1st December, 2014 and requested for replacement or refund of money several times since then. Lenovo however did not entertain this request and rather kept sending their engineers over last 5 month for part replacement. The laptop still lies unused.

I have suffered a lot due to this. Not able to work. Lenovo keeps sending engineers who never knew what they were doing instead of replacing the faulty piece in turn one day the laptop threw smoke and the same was alerted to Lenovo. They sent a senior engineers who found 3-4 parts being damaged in the process of multiple repairs they tried over last 5 months. I agreed to allow them replace the faulty parts with an extended warranty of 2 years which is a product/service they sell for free. However they didn’t agree for this. Now I have lost faith in this brand and would not like any other settlement other than refund with penalties for the stress and damage they have caused.
