I purchased a “Gangnam Stlye Music 3d Lightning Car Song Singing” from Rediff shopping on May 17, 2015 @ 389 Rs/- (Order No. 11605216). It was supposed to be delivered by 26 May, 2015 but no delivery was made with a message ” product returned to vendor”. We were not never contacted by Blue Dart courier service and after this we are constantly seeking help from Rediff Customer delight center and except giving an automated acknowledgement no one gave any response. In this situation, we want this situation to be intervened by you as we can not indulge this thing.

I want you to intervene the incident and help me to get back the money for the item as soon as possible. The situation would not arise if they had responded to my queries regarding my purchase.
