Dear All, I am Himanshu Siresiya from Naroda, Ahmedabad. I have purchase my Lenovo C360 AIO,Serail No. of that VS80884581 which is covered in 3 Year warranty. My 2 of the back side USB port is not working. When I lock the complain regarding that, his service engineer visited my place after checking he told me that One USB port is damaged anyhow, so we cannot replaced another USB port because of that damage. Actually it is the back side USB port which is directly connected Motherboard. So, for the changing of non working of USB port the whole Mother board will be replaced. But his engineer & service department strictly said to me that Mother board will be not replaced by themselves. Please do needful ASAP.
