Lenovo Laptops – No Customer Service

Dear Sir,

My laptop ( LENOVO S20-30) was not working properly that is why I took it to Lenovo Authorized Service Centre in Guwahati, Assam on 24th September 2016. The service personnel diagnosed and found problems in the HDD and the keyboard and then registered call log. At that time my laptop was in warranty as you may see the Retail Invoice which I have attached herewith (also “customer carry in call report ” and a screenshot showing problem in HDD). They took like twenty days to replace the keyboardand the hard drive. On 17th October 2016 I took delivery of my laptop. I was informed that the HDD and the keyboard have been changed and there shouldn’t be any more problems. Also the original os which came with the system is gone due to changing the HDD. After a day or two, while I was loading os (ubuntu, as ms windows would cost me like 2k) I noticed that the some keys (~ 1 a q & tab) on the keyboard were not working. I checked the Hard Disk properties & that to my surprise also had problems. The next day ie. on 22nd October 2016, I went to the service center and told that the laptop was having same trouble. Then they again diagnosed and found the same. But this time my laptop was out of warranty and they didn’t register any call log for that. Instead they told me to extend the warranty which would cost me Rs 3499/-. But I refused & then they told me that they had sent a mail to the company, now the company will decide whether I will get free replacement or not. Now my question is whether the service center had serviced my laptop at all or had they changed the parts with even bad ones.
Sir, this is my humble request that you would kindly look into this matter as I am not sure if my laptop was serviced properly.

PS: SD slot, USB3.0 port don’t work from the beginning and were not taken care of.
