Lenovo Mobile – Defective Handset

Dear Team,

This is regarding complaint for Lenovo K5 Note. I have just wasted my hard earn money in your Company. Pathetic service By lenovo Centre, Call Centre and Social Media. No one bothers to call the customer.

I have been struggling for the resolution since 1 month. I would be filling complain in consumer Forum by next week, if I don’t hear from You. Please find the below details.

Date of Purchase: 28th Aug 2016
Date of Issue: 11th Sept 2016
Call to Lenovo of Complaint: 11th Sept 2016
As per Lenovo-Since Handset has been bought by Flipkart, hence wont register Complaint, but can guide on Service Centre
First Visit to Lenovo service centre: 13th Sept 2016
Sr No: SRB2X8901609130023
Service Centre: B2X025Cellular World
Complain: Mobile On and off Issue
Resolution: Software upgrade and Factory Reset
Second Visit to Lenovo service centre: 14th Sept 2016
Complain: Mobile On and off Issue
Plan of action: Motherboard Issue, Mobile needs to kept with Service centre for 15 days for mother board Replacement
Third Visit to Lenovo service centre: 1st Oct 2016

After 20 days, I visited Lenovo Centre. Mobile was kept as it is. As per there Comment, Mother board Not available with the company currently. Hence returning the mobile. Please let me know how can I get the mobile replaced/ Get the mobile back.
