Dear Sir\Madam, I have purchased a Mobile Lenovo S660 on May,13 2014 from amazon.in but after 1 month i have stared facing network drop problem. For that i have submitted my Lenovo S660 to Vikas Marg, New Delhi service center on July1, 2014. After 22 days till today i have done multiples follow ups but to service center\customer care on this but every time i got an update that mother board will be dispatch soon but its yet to be it will take more 2-3 days. This is really frustrating for me now. Please look into this. Now i do not require any phone now only my money back with EMI interest. Thanks, Rajeev Kumar Srivastava 9910407xxx
