I purchased Lenovo P2 dated on 28/06/2017 but after purchased my phone speaker got faulty on 15/09/2017 . Immediately I send to your authorized service center ( Netsol associate , backside of Hub shopping mall , Kanaklata plot , G.s road , Bhanagara , Guwahati , assam , contact no : 9954700724 ) . My job sheet number 150917-16 . but till date they are not able to rectify my phone due to non availability of spare parts . and they said they can not able to give exact date when my phone problem is rectify . It is very shameful for a company like Lenovo that they are not avail to provide spare parts ( Speaker ) . whenever I enquire about status of my phone they told me that still spare parts is not available . Kindly tell me how many days I have to wait for my mobile phone rectification & if you are not avail to provide service then why you sell your product . Do you think that your customer money is not money so you can cheat and fraud with them . why you make them fool to sold such a third class product , after purchase within three month your product got faulty . If you are not avail to give service to your customer then stop your product selling .
