Lenovo Mobile Issues Not Resolved by Customer Service

My complaint is company refuse my replacement of mobile. Actually company condition is if mobile problem given within 7 days then they replace the mobile and most important thing is this problem happened 2nd time with me so that they just repaired my mobile instead of replacement of mobile. And their process is also very slow they don’t interested or took to much time to solve and every time they just said me please allow us to get back to you with an update and they don’t do anything. so please help me.

I want all repayment of mobile or I want a brand new mobile of same model but other lenovo company authorized shop in pune not my old mobile shop in pimpari. Because Kailasdeep shop gives me two time default pecs of mobile. So please help me and I am very tired on company service.
