my phone lenovo s850 purchase date 8 sep 2014 but this phone 2-3 time summit in service center for 10-15 day but phone still has problem. they say to me this phone repair but some time phone speaker problem ,camera problem,touch problem ,back panel problem but service center say to me no more help to me i want replace my phone because from purchasing date i summit it for approx one month but service center not replace my phone please help me

i want replace my phone or refund my money because i feel very guilty from lenovo customer care @ service center ,they are not able to help me
