hi i have purchased lenovo LAPTOP on 07/03/2013 u410 model with which i was gifted with a lenovo a60+ PHONE,which turned out to be a nightmare for me as i have to send the phone immediately after purchase to service center in mumbai,as it was notified to me then,that there is no service center in kolkata.After a long wait,approx 45 days i received my phone repaired without box again after a month use,the phone was not functioning properly.This time i gave it to the service center T TOUCH,at park street.They took my mobile and after 20 days or more said it cannot be repaired and issued a DOA CERTIFICATE ON 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2013 for exchanging the mobile from where i purchased (purchased from ALCO-INFOTECH PVT LTD.chandhi chowk ,kolkata ) When i showed them the DOA paper they said they deal in lenovo laptop and tablets ONLY.They dont sell smartphones.They told me to call customer care, the c.care gave me the email id which is midhcare@lenovo.com where i have mailed approx 30 times but the always bluff that this week ,next day … bla bla ,but till date its still pending .Every time i call they make some excuses and few times the c.care team told me do what ever u want to do,upon frustration i checked online for help i found that they now have a regional office in kolkata , i went to thier office on 14 feb to meet the manager to get what is going on with my issue .He said me to mail alla the detail so that the process become fast …. but he gave up saying u better call and do what ever you want to do his number is 9674963313 and email id adas3@lenovo.com

i need my money back which i spend to give more than 300 minutes call till date charged at 1.5rs /min .. and want the team manager of c.care to be suspended as he is not doing his job the way it need to be done,lastly want the money/high end phone as a replacement for harassing me in top of that made me belief that it will happen from approx 5 months. Indian government should take action against these companies who in-order to portray that they are cream company of the world bully their consumers to no end
