Lenovo Mobile Repair Center Harassment to Customers in India

I have submitted my phone in Lenovo Mobile Service Center, HCL – Chandigarh on dated 07.01.2015. Attached is the original invoice of the phone and job sheet created by the service center. Please advice how much time it would take to sort out my issues as I am to facing lots of inconvenience in the absence of my phone. Service center gave the time duration of 10 days for next confirmation, so still I am not sure how much trouble I have to face with repair issues and your services. Already, I have spent 4000 for travelling and my 3 valuable days visiting your center. You are requested to give me time frame in which I’ll get my phone repaired and hope will not face this problem again in future (signal drop/not reachable, Voice problem). In case, I found the same issues in my phone again I’ll have to take any legal action against the services and company

Dear Sir/ Madam, With reference to trialling email, after the submission of phone in service center on 7.01.2015 I called Lenovo Mobile Service Center, HCL – Chandigarh on dated 19.01.2015 and I was told that my phone is ready to collect. So I visited the service centre on 20.01.2015 but my phone was not ready, I waited app.1.30 hours and then they gave the phone, but when I checked it was in same condition (SIGNAL DROP PROBLEM). When I asked them about the problem they told me that they have changed the motherboard. But for me this is none of my use as the problem is not resolved. I Showed my phone to engineer in service center and he also admitted that problem is not resolved yet. I asked him for the further process but I didn’t get any satisfactory answer from him. They said that they can’t do anything just raised the new job sheet on same day (20.01.2015). I am highly dissatisfied with your services and replies which I am getting. I just want to know why I am not getting the best possible solution for my problem. It was my fifth visit to service station and please tell me know how many times I have to visit more as I have already spend 1400 per visit. I specially come from Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh to Chandigarh to submit and collect the phone It is really a harassment for a person who actually buying your products and in return they have to face problems with products as well as your services. I already emailed you last time and told you all about my problem but seriously I am very disappointed. Till date motherboard, antenna, earpiece, memory card slot has been changed in my phone but still the same issue. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED YET. Now, I just don’t want my phone back, Please REFUND MY MONEY (Cost of phone 17500+1599(insurance)+5000(traveling expenses) = 24099 ). Please reply as soon as possible and let me know what’s your further steps on refunding my amount spent. I want response and final solution with in 7 days from today, otherwise I have to take legal action against your company. Hoping for quick reply from you. Thanks & Regards, Rishi Gupta

Further, we would request you to allow us few days to get back with an update, in case any issue persists with your handset, so that the same can be rectified up to your satisfaction.
