Why Lenovo Mobile Service Center Taking More than a Month to Repair ?

Hi, I have given my Lenovo phone for servicing at an authorized service centre at Borivali on 21st October ,2014.My Product Model is – P780, IMEI No.862767025732885.They have told me it has board was not working we have to replace it but our shipment was not received from last few day But I have no confirmation as to when will I get my phone back, it has been over 30 days now.

The flaw in the phone was not created by me and it is still under warranty,i have talked to customer service for several times,they are telling the same thing day by day that “the parts is not available”, is this something joke going around ????? if you don’t have parts in the production then why you are manufacturing this faulty handsets I need my phone asap and a written confirmation on this. Or better I need a replacement, or i want my money in full refund, I have not used it for even 6 months and its already in this condition. Please do it asap or i will go to consumer forum.
