Lenovo Mobile Service Issues Unresolved

Dear Sir/Madam i Purchesed a lenovo handset model no-VIBEX2 (GOLD) On 02/07/2015 IMEI No-865375021115837 so now the problem is that my handset was not working there was a network problem so i went to the service centre on 29/02/2016 thay told me that i can get my phone in good condition with in 13 days now the problem is when i went to the service centre they are treating me as a new customer there is no responce from the manager of service centre i would like to draw your attention towards the SERVICE STANDARDS of LENOVO know one is helping me out in your service centre located in delhi i am enclosing the job sheet as well as invoice copy of the hand set. please find a solution for me other wise itake you to Consumer Court.please give me reply do you have my solved yes/no.

Hi, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K4 Note (Black) on 21st Jan 2016. The issue is that the one of the dual led flash has turned RED in color. when I click the pictures it flashes red light and the output of the picture changes to different colors. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Regards, Sameer.
