STORAGE NOT DISPLAYIUNG KEY BOARD, So i cannot abble to dial or receive phone contact. So please replace new handset.

I have a lenovo k3 note mobile. Last 3-4 days it’s not proper working. It’s not charge in on mode. When I switch off, it’s changed. I goto customer care near Krishna Mandir Ludhiana, there refresh my mobile on 29/06/16. But after that not solve my problem. I am very sad.
