Dear, since last 5 months i used Leno K3 Note smart phone. but 15 days after receiving of phone screen is break. i also put toughned glass, flip cover (heavy duty). i tried to contact lenovo customer care in ahmedabad but, in online all details are wrong as you mentioned in google / lenovo site. so, what can i do? plz reply fast. regards, chintan shah 093757XX857

My Lenovo A7000 phone is submitted to touch problem/Repair on 22.07.2015 at Anika Enterprises Jabalpur (authorised service center Lenovo). 16 days to go neither i got phone nor any status of my phone .Please as early as possible return my phone EMI No. is 866225024150811
