On 21st January 2014, I submitted my Lenovo P-780 smartphone to ‘Fourtech Computers’, Pune (HCL Authorized Service provider – Lenovo Service provider in Pune) for changing the damaged touch screen of my Lenovo P-780 (IMEI: 860485025627003)

I was given an estimate of Rs 9,500/- and was asked to pay Rs 1,000/- as advance. Before preparing the receipt, the person at the reception (Mr. Rahul – I guess so) told that it will take around 12 days and maximum of 2 weeks to get the job done.

After about 2 weeks I called them to check if the mobile screen was replaced. However I got a negative reply. Today (after 3 weeks and 2 days) I called them back to check if the work was done. Again the reply was negative. They told me that they had not yet received the touch screen from Lenovo and hence the work was not completed. As per the attendant at ‘Fourtech Computers’ it would not take much time for them to fix the screen, but delay from Lenovo side in sending the screen is causing the delay.

Its been more than 2 months, and I am yet t receive my mobile back.
