Lenovo P 780 Very Poor After Sale Services

I bought Lenovo P 780 three months ago and visited 4 times in a month but problem not resolved yet….Very disappointed with the dealing,response & services. But in reality its totally wastage of your precious time, value, money and all. Dear Sir, I am writing this regarding the ‪#‎Lenovo‬ mobile and after sale services. I Bought a Lenovo ‪#‎P780‬ mobile phone 3 months ago and facing problem with it till date. I visited 4 times in its authorized service center but till now no solution has been given. I have emailed them thrice, called their ‪#‎customercare‬ but from everywhere I got the same answer “We Are Trying To Resolve Your Issue”. It is really harassment to visit these service stations and finding no solution to my problem. I asked them for refund but directly they REFUSED to do so. They submitted my Phone twice for the same problem but when I receive my phone last time, problem was still there. Please find the attached email conversation with Lenovo Support and look into this matter.

Dear Sir, I have purchased Lenovo P780 smart phone on dated 11.09.2014 and from last 15 days I am facing problem in battery, signal, earphone and software. I have visited your service center located in Chandigarh (SCO : 66-67 ,2nd Floor, …. Lenovo Mobile Service Center, HCL – Chandigarh) twice with in 10 days after travelling around 80 kms but they are not able to sort out my problem and again now I am facing the same problems in my handset. Â Lenovo Mobile Service Center, HCL – Chandigarh is not even providing any complaint number/ job raised number for our future references. Last time I have visited there on 3 January 2015, they have temporary solved my issues and changed the signal cable/ antenna but i found it of no use as the problem again arose after an hour and still I am facing it. This issue is really causing very difficulty in my day to day business activities. Please advice the further actions ASAP and resolve my issues. Thanks, Rishi Gupta
