Lenovo P70 – Pathetic Customer Service

Disheartenedly this is to bring to your notice that it’s has been 14 days, I have given my phone (P70) to one of your service center located in okhla phase II on 7th, this month. When I called your service center they informed me that your phone’s Part (mic) has still not been delivered to them by the company, whereas the delivery date given to me is 19th September. On 19th itself when contacted one of your representative they informed me that as per her talk with their manager, the product will be delivered on 21st September, Excuse given to me was – (Lenovo the MNC is not providing them the spare part) Today on 21st September 2016, I again visited the service center to get my phone they said that the company LENOVO has sent them a defective spare part due to which they couldn’t fix my phone hence has asked me to wait till 29th of this month which means in total I have to wait for a MONTH just to get a mic replaced. I REALLY DON’T UNDERSTAND LENOVO BEING AN MNC does not have spare parts in their inventory. I would never suggest my friends to go for lenovo anymore. kindly look into the matter and replace my handset. Kindly be professional. Regards Shashank Choudhary
