I submit my lenevo mobile p780 in authorized service centre dated 12/11/2014. But my problem of mobile is unresolved. Also they did not arrange for spare part. If they can’t resolve than please exchange the mobile handset. I request to all please don’t BUY lenovo mobile because service is not proper and they don’t resolve the problem of customers. So third-class service and company is this.

I purchased lenovo p780 serial number is 8602485025632466 from telephone shoppe in pune, before a year, but now the phone is having the problem of network problem for both the sims. i gave the mobile in fourtech computers ( your authorised service centre in pune, shivajinagar. they told me motherbord has to replace , which cost 10000/- rupees. which i cannot afford. while taking back the phone from them i found phone is not getting on. i noticed them but they told that you have shown to some another centre. but whwn i gave you the phone in on condition, it should be in on condition but they refuses. so this is the way for handling the customers in your authorised service centre. if you treat the customers like this way you will loose the faith of the customers on your company. hoping for some positive reply. deepak shelar
