The above Lenovo phone was purchased by me on 24th August 2014 from M/s QRS Retail Ltd., 25/2424, Raymond Building, 2nd floor, MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala India Pin 695001 vide their retail invoice No.2-047204 dated 24th August 2014. Now I am not able to see anything as the display is not working properly and very often I get the message “mobile networking not available”. The authorized service center advised me that the problem was with the sim card. But to my dismay when I replaced the sim card the problem still persists. Today hen I took the phone to your authorized Service Center viz. M/s Smart Electonics, Killipalam, Thiruvananthapuram to rectify the display problem they returned the phone with silly excuses and expressed their inability either to rectify or to replace the instrument; though my phone is within the warranty period of one year. Please look into the matter immediately and advise the concerned authority in India to rectify the fault or to replace the instrument at the earliest. The copy of the retail invoice is attached. An early action would highly be solicited
Since it is the second time within the warranty period i request to replace with the new mobile phone in the same branch and value
