I have submitted my phone on 6 july on the service center but till now my phone is not repaired. service center people always said that they did not know how much more time it will take. i had contacted them many times but did not solve my problem till now.

I am not able to use the phone as introduce by the company . i am not able to do my many works which a smartphone does. I face many problems in daily life like chatting,sending important documents etc

I want the company to give me phone amount as well as the amount i wasted to visit service center many times and also made so many calls. it create a mental stress till now so i want a total refund of 20000 .
