Lenovo Service Center – FRAUD AND MANIPULATION

I bought my MOTO M phone on 29.01.2017. After one month of use there was a crack on the display screen of the phone. But day before yesterday suddenly my phone stopped charging and eventually switched off due to low battery. So yesterday I went to my local lenovo service center and told them the problem about charging but instead of looking at my problem they started saying that your display glass is cracked so your complete phone is not under warranty. You have to change the glass only then your phone will be reinstated under warranty orelse you have to pay for the charging problem.

They didn’t even look for the charging problem and handed me a form which they said to fill it up by paying Rs.230/- and only after that they will look into the problem and after that whatever the amount will be for repairing I have to pay the amount. So can you me tell what kind of a service is this? They are simply trying to fraud and loot me in the case of glass crack for which I din’t even complain about and dint go to change the glass. This is simply out of the warranty rule. I went with my charging problem and they tried their level best to get my money from my pocket by simply relating some other issue. This is the simple case of manipulation, fraud and theft and I am going to launch a complain against Lenovo and their service centers to the customer forum and the employees of that customer care. This is one of the worst experience for me regarding Lenovo and I promise to demotivate saying all these and stop my every known and unknown people whoever thinks to buy a Lenovo phone so that they are saved from facing these kind of problems.
