I purchased one handset (Lenovo K33) on 13th May 2017 and it is not in function from 14 May 2017. We approached to service centre on 15 th May 2017 and they confirmed it can be repaired or replaced in next 2-3 days. Today we approached again and now they are saying it will take at least a month to handle this case. Among plenty options of mobile brands , we selected Lenovo (by mistake) to face pathetic services from such “SO CALLED” reputed brands. Its motivated us to avoid any Lenovo products in future. If any one is there to take care of customers, they are requested to intervene and resolve the issue on high priority.
