Lenovo Smartphone – facing problem dealy in repair

I Brought Lenovo Smartphone A706, on 15th November from 1 of the dealer in south Delhi, In the month of march I start facing problem with phone like Auto start and phone not charging and I submitted the phone at Lenovo service centre Noida on 22nd March and after repeated chasing with Lenovo service team, I as informed on 7th April that phone cannot be repaired and I need to collect DOA certificate for phone replacement I told them that I do not have box with me. on 9th April I handed over the handset with charger bill and DOA certificate for replacement. After 3 weeks of continues follow-up they do not have replacement and they would like to refund the money and for that they need cancelled cheque along with phone, which is already sent thru a dealer to Lenovo..I do not know when dealer with receive the phone back and when I will have my refund back to buy a new phone. and its been 2 month and I do not have the smart phone and they are making me go round and round.

I need my phone amount back with compensation of mental harass for non service and business loss
