I have Lenovo K6 Power (Dark Grey, 32 GB). I bought it in January, 2017. I can not talk to anyone on my phone unless it is on speaker mode. Its really annoying. I have done a reset also but it isn’t working. Please get back to me with a solution ASAP.

Lenovo Mobile – Battery Charge Dropping
While am using my lenovo A6020 a46 battery is charge is down very fast and frequent. I have contacted customer care service center but there is no proper response from them.
