It is to inform that I had purchased a LENOVO smart phone in the month of July, 2014 [ model no. S660 Titanium ] from Pinnacle Mall, Sector-10, Dwarka and after 10 days of its purchase nothing was visible on its screen. On visiting the dealer at Pinnacle Mall, I was told that the display card needs to be replaced and it can done from any of your Service Centres. Then I submitted the phone to your Service Centre at Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar [ Touch Multi-Brand Services ] at Veer Savarkar Block on 8th August,2014. After 10 days I got the phone back with the display card being replaced / repaired and functioning. But I found that network was not available since then. I once again took the phone to the Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar on 19th August, 2014 and was told there that the mother board has got damaged and needs replacement.

I am unable to understand how a new phone could reach such a situation within ten days of its purchase and that too without any fault on my part. First the display card got damaged and then the mother board needs to be replaced. If this is the quality of the company of stature of LENOVO than God forbid the fate of users of other manufacturers.

I am perplexed with the problem faced by me because of the fault of your company and it seems that I have been given a faulty phone and not a new product by the dealer. I will never recommend any one to buy a LENOVO product.

In view of the above problems faced by me, my phone must be replaced with a new one and the required formalities should be completed at the earliest instead of the getting the phone repaired.

I have submitted the phone to the Service Centre mentioned above for repairs on 19th August, 2014. I hope that the required formalities to issue me a new phone is completed at your end at the earliest, failing which I shall be left with no option than to approach the relevant authorities to get it replaced.
