Xolo Customer Service – No Response

I have bought xolo A500s IPS at 12-4-2014,but from lst 2 month it is suffering from so much problem I sent it to the agency but no solution,talk to the customer care,they suggest me to talk to jsm there senior representative but he didn,t receive the call ,n problem in my set is as it is,it hangs,charging speed is too worst,even in high speed WiFi area ,it doesn’t connect to the WiFi,btrry life is so poor ,plz provide me a solution ,or I will have to take anyother action.
