6 months back I bought mobile from Flipkart, I replaced it because it was faulty product. Again I bought another one from Flipkart only. From the first day I am facing touch screen problem. When I complaint for the same they asked me to visit service center. Service center said that this is not cover under warranty,so go to your vendor from where yo purchased the mobile. Again I went to them, they said that we are unable to help you. Only lenovo service center will support you. My 40% touch pad stop working and I am facing lots of problem just because of it.Andno one is ready to understand my problem. Kindly help.
