I had bought my laptop 1.5 years ago. Since then, I have had to change almost all the parts of my laptop – motherboard, DVD Drive, Touchpad (twice), Keyboard. A touch-pad issue hasn’t been resolved since the last 6 months which I had complained while I was under warranty. The last resort they said was that there is a problem in the power lines where I live, hence they can’t o anything for this. I discover the fallacy of this statement when I checked it recently at a different city. Now, they disagree to provide me service under warranty.
A redressal that deems fit, such as providing warranty and solution to the problem which they haven’t been able to solve since six months.
