As per suggest by telecam com. we have lucky drawn of Panasonic P31 phone in Rs.3000/- paid by C.O.D basis. hence we have ordered to him. but we got other item and when we call to customer care (Phone No. 01142113xxx & 9643099xxx)but we not get any response. i was try more then 25 time.

i want to return wrong product and get same product which was I ordered or return my money.
