Lenovo Vibe K4 – No Customer Service

Sir, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K4 note vide invoice number Chn-puzhal-01201 608000 24309 dt 5-8-16 through flipkart. Within less than two months I had a problem that the out going speaker is not working . I went to your local service center on 4-10-16 and they said that they have to get the spare from the company and it will take one week to rectify , service number 6301816 10040009. And when I called them over phone to day i.e. 14-10-16 , they are saying that it will take four five days more. I am disappointed that a smart phone worth 14,0000/- would come to repair within two months , If the company feels any responsibility fo its customers it should replace the phone with a new one. Further your service center says that I have to pay RS 1450/- towards the spare which is nonsense as it is within two months of purchase. I expect the company to look in to the matter and solve it immediately to avoid litigation for the consumer grievance. Satyanarayana
