Lenovo VIBE K5 NOTE – No Customer Care

Respected sir,
I am Vinod shah from Ahmedabad,Gujarat. on 15/11/16 my VIBE K5 NOTE fell down on the floor from my hand and after that touchpad stopped working.
So i visited the vastrapur service center (which address is not mentioned on your website). There waiting time was so much, around about one hour to one and half hour ,as i am busy businessman so i told to manager that plz complete your service process fast so that i can get the chance to show my phone’s problem because the time was 4:30pm and the closing time of service center was 6:00pm which was told to me by your security staff and said that today your turn will not come, there were many customers, but the manager didn’t listened to me and he ignored it, after 15minutes i again told to the manager as i want to go to office and i was getting late, but then the manager started misbehaving with me, after listening to him for 5minutes i angrily told him to complete the process fast, after that all the staff members including ladies (mainly Jalpa patel) started shouting on me then on offence i also shouted on them, any how the matter cooled down after few minutes and after the waiting of more than half n hour my turn came.
when he checked my phone he told me and that the phone is “LIQUID DAMAGE” so it cannot be considered in warranty, so i asked them that how this water came in the system? they told us that “SIR WE DON’T KNOW HOW THIS WATER CAME” then i said that the phone has fallen down on the dry floor without containing any liquid and then the touchpad is not working, then how the water came inside it?
they didn’t answered me properly and they misbehaved with me very badly specially that lady shouted, so for which i m feeling very shame on this company and there staff members.
Again On 16/11/16 i visited the bapunagar service center the response was nice, but they told us that “SIR I CAN’T HELP YOU BECAUSE AS THE VASTRAPUR SERVICE CENTER HAS REPORTED THAT THE PHONE IS LIQUID DAMAGE AND IT IS LOG IN AND RETURNED FROM THERE,SO YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS DEVICE TO VASTRAPUR SERVICE CENTER” . Sir as i told you that the water has not gone inside the phone by me, i think that the engineer of vastrapur centre has mischiefed with phone to put me in trouble. Sir i am mentally harresed with all this matter happened on 15/11/16 at vastrapur
sir i am not ready to go there as the responce was redeculious, so please help me as soon as possible because i am suffering a lot as i myself have only phone to use and the business calls has stopped and other works also.
Otherwise i will go to ” CONSUMER PROTECTION COURT ” and file a case against your company and company members related to this matter. There also i mentioned remark in your job sheet card that i m not satisfied with your said replied about my mobile phone as it is liquid damage.
