I had purchase a mobile Lenovo Vibe K5 (Gold,16GB) online through Amazon vide their order ID 404-5455533-7017113 vide invoice no:KA-BLR5- 142538091- 388290 dtd 06 jul’16. After 15 days the mobile was showing TOUCH problem.I send it to their service centre for repairing vide Customer Complain code: C0029-Touchscreen dtd 25/07/16.Reminding 3 times they do not giving proper answer.
