Lenovo worst customer service/call centre & service centre

I have purchased Lenovo Smartphone A850 on 14th July’2016 through flipkart for Rs.8000/-, but it got suddenly dead on 20th January’2017. It is under warranty. I submitted my Lenovo smartphone A850 to the Jayanagar, Bengaluru Lenovo service centre on 21st January, their executive given me JOB No. SOIN05 40511 701210 047 & told that they will service my smartphone as soon they get approval from the company & they will get back after 10 days, after 15 days one executive called from the Jayanagar Service Centre & told that it will be delayed for two days & after that nobody called from the Service Centre. On 15th February’2017 when I called Lenovo service centre I came to know that Lenovo company still not approved my request, then I called Lenovo call centre, they told that their technical team is going to call me within 48 hours, but even after 72 hours nobody called me, when I called the Lenovo call centre they told that they don’t know the status of my smartphone so they told me to call Lenovo service centre, today is 18th February’2017, but till now nobody is taking the responsibility & trying to service my smartphone, they are simply fooling me. It’s a worst Lenovo customer service & very negligence Lenovo company I have ever seen. I am filing a consumer court case on Lenovo.
