I have ordered a product of amount Rs. 500, which was delivered to me, but the product was not as ordered. So i returned the product by a courier company with an amount of Rs.150 and demanded a refund. On 11th of July, 2013, I was confirmed by a customer care executive that the refund cheque will be delivered within a maximum of ten to fifteen days. However, even after 20 days of the request, I have yet not received the cheque or any update for the same. I have called the customer care several times but I was not given a firm resolution. Order# 1200597657, with the name of Noor Azad I want the Full amount along with the value of the delayed time.
