This complaint is regarding the lenses, i bought from Lenskart.com. Those lenses are harming my eyes. I have written email to lenskart but no response was received. Even i had a chat with their executive online, but they clearly denied to help. Even with the email, i sent them picture of my red eyes but no revert has been received.

And i am using the Air optix brand of lenses from past 1.5years, and this has never happened with me. The quality of lens is really cheap and they are harming my eyes too. I have thrown 1 pair already by thinking that, this lense has got infection and avoided wearing lenses of 10 days and again i opened a new pair and the result was same. I have been doing this practice again and again for more than a month.

After using eye drops as well my redness comes back, because of cheap quality of lenses
