I would like to bring to the notice of all the fraudulent practices of Lenskart. In April15, they gave me an offer of 1000 Rs Paytm cashback. But I didn’t get any. After doing lot of complaints online I was given 1000 Rs. cashback. Which later on turned out as a gift voucher. But again when I used this gift coupon in Jan16 it’s worth was only 300. This is how they dupe the customers. And again they offered me a Gift Voucher, Whose validity they’ve put only till 6th Feb. Why would I need a new spec within a month of ordering an earlier one? And the way their customer service is made up of it looks like they’ve recruited bunch of rude guys who don’t even listen to the customers.
