To, letsbuy team i had booked a lumia 520 on 21st nov from letsbuy website for which i had paid rs.999 online. After 1 week my order got cancelled due to not meeting their policies.when i contacted them for my refund of rs.999 then they replied that it will electronically go back to my account from which it was deducted. It’s been a month now and i have not received my money yet back in my account. I am constantly calling them for the last 2 months but they are not taking my issue seriously..I urge them to pay for the calling bill along with my refund.
i want monetary relief for the inconvenience they have given to us and wasted our time and money both.
