i went to united kingdon in air france flght on 20 june. my baggage was all wet and i complained about it at the airport in scotland as all the clothes and food and electronics were damaged. after coming back to india i contacted indian branch. i have called them and emailed them a thousand times but they are not replying.

i want money for all my damaged goods. compensation for all the trouble they had caused. my whole trip was spoiled beacuse of this.
