I bought Nokia lumia 800 on 25th september 2012. And on 20th july 2013 (i.e. within warranty period), it’s screen freezed all of a sudden and switched off and wasn’t switching on. So i took it to the service centre and they were very careless about the issue. It was always me who approached them and they would give some baseless reasons for not getting it fixed. So after many of such senseless conversations with the manager i got my faulty lumia 800 replaced on 5th of this september, it took them complete one and half month to do so. And when i approached the Nokia care centre, on 7th of this very september, that is 2 days later, to apply for extended warranty, they denied it saying the policy doesn’t exist anymore as it is a ‘ramp down model’ only because Microsoft has overtook Nokia. But while they were having my handset they had told that i can avail this scheme. So it’s pretty annoying that: 1. My mobile got some technical glitch on the first place. 2. It took them one and half month to come up with a satisfactory solution. 3. I got the phone on day 1, and on the 3rd day I’m being told that I can’t get the warranty extended. So I don’t get one thing that how was I supposed to get the warranty period extended before even they give my phone back, which was with them the whole last month, well more than a month.I called the customer care service but they gave the same reason. And now my ‘replaced’ phone is out of warranty and i am facing a new problem with this ‘replaced’ phone too, since last two weeks. A portion of the touch screen is not working at all. I approached them on 26th dec,2013 and they still have not come up with solution.
1.I would like to have a satisfactory refund if possible. Or 2.Replacement of phone with a another one.
