Respected sir\Madam, My feyance is using vodafone postpaid number 98338 58571. 3 months before she bought new Nokia phone for her and she was using our home internet using Wi-fi but she was not aware that by mistake the vodafone data service has started automatically and she was using vodafone data serve by mistakenly. After a month she receive a bill from vodafone where they charges 2600 for data. For which i sent a mail mail to there customer service continuously and i mentioned that i am ready to pay the voice charges but not the data. Then they replied saying vodafone data service is core service and it activates automatically. Which i am not acepting because whenever we want to activate any service they always inform customer but this time they did not send any message and not even call from them. So we did not pay anything for last 3 month. 98338 58xxx
I am ready to pay the whatever the voice charges but not the data charges. Because vodafone never informed us about the data service is activated and after a month they sent us a huge amount of bill. So the reliff i want from you is to just ask vodafone to deduct the data charges and will pay the voice charges. I am attaching the mail conversation happened between me and vodafone.
