I have placed order on 22nd November 2013 for mobile on EMI option in Letsbuymobile, and paid Rs. 999/- as processing fees which is refundable if order is not approved. I received the text on 2nd december 2013 that the order is disapproved, I called them so many times and after so much of attempt they received my call and said that you will receive the amount in 7-10 days in your same account by which you have done the on-line transaction. But till now I have not received the amount and when i call them they are just giving excuses and I feel that they don’t want to return the amount.And They don’t pick the phone easily. Though the amount is very small but I want it back. So please help me to get the amount back.

first I want my money(Rs 999/-) back and stong actions should be taken against such websites like letbuymobile.com, because it’s very difficult for the consumer to judge that who is genuine and who is not so kindly after receiving the complaints about these websites they must be punished.
