I procure a 18.5″ LG LED monitor( Sr. No. 012PMZR061413) on 13.05.2013. Recently I found that there are few big dots on lower end of monitor. As monitor is under warranty for 3 year I filed a complain to LG to depute their service engineer for necessary action to rectify the problem.A technician from LG India came to check the monitor. The technician send the report to the company that it is physical damage and I received call from LG that it is not cover under warranty. I shocked to here such words from the company because there is no any such physical damage on external surface of monitor.I doubt that company is escaping from the responsibilities to rectify the product problem under warranty. I request you to take necessary step against LG India so that such companies provide satisfactory services to customers.
Either LG must replace the monitor or refund the full amount I paid.
