LG – AC installation- poor response from customer care

I Have made an request with LG for AC relocation, after my repeated follow-up someone from LG came and disconnected and charged 480Rs they refused to give bill on the same. Again i have made a request on 7th Apr’14 and the RNA number given by LG is ‘RNA140407066018’ but till now no one have called or update on the same its been more than a week we placed this request.

Please help to fix the AC at the earliest.
