Poor Service by HDFC Standard Life Insurance

I Dr. Aquil Samah Masroor feels sorry by bring the facts in your kind notice. That HDFC Life Insurance company’s performance or working strategy very bad, because at the time of making policies your representative suppose to contact me every time and every day saying that we have complete our target etc. After making the policies and collection of checks they dint turned back once even after I contacted them for my policy documents query.

After receiving the documents of the above mentioned policies I got to know that my email address, phone number date of birth and name is wrong printed. Then I called the person named CHANDRA SHEKHAR and his mobile no: 9247769880, the person who bring some manager of HDFC Life Paradise Secunderabad Branch, I don’t know his name and took my above mentioned policies.

He and his manager is so irresponsible said that some of our HDFC Life executive will come to collect the correct information. I suggest you that you should put the application form Xerox copies attachment with the policy documents for reference of both the parties. Just like BAJAJ ALLIANZ after seeing this type of transactions I have made more 3 polices with BAJAJ ALLIANZ.

Anyway I want to make the corrections in the above mentioned policies as soon as possible other wise please cancel my policies and refund my amount.

Why should I go to any of your office, at the time of collection or making the policies you people come to our office or home etc. After that no one is ready to take responsibility. So, once again I say you to take care of my above mentioned queries or else break up our relationship.
