My ac not working since the purchase and we are pursuing the matter with the seller, service provider but of no use although they registered our complaint and checked it but no remedial action has been taken since last 10 months our complaint no RNA130410071157 and AC has been lying with the LG service centre. previously also we lodged the complaint 2 times the problem is same. now we want new AC as it is still under warranty and gave no service since purchase due to generic fault. they say the part is not available hence it is non repairable.hope early action and justice from yr side sir. thanks

We want to get a new AC agaist faulty and non worked product since installation with compensation of RS. 5000/ due to harassment.
