LG AC – poor service by dealer and company

On 5th May 2013, I purchased a 1.5 ton LG make window AC from their authorized dealer namely M/S Home Town, Noida vide cash memo no- Book No- 00, serial no-0084 At point of sale I was promised that for the next 12 months product purchased stands under unconditional warranty and the services shall be available within 24 hours of registered request. On 26th April 2014 I registered of formal request with LG costumer care to get my AC checked and serviced as per instruction laid by LG at the point of sale. The reference for said request provided was RNA140426048048. Now almost after 21 days no one from LG has neither visited nor contacted me against above mentioned service request.

I want LG to apologize immediately and to take appropriate disciplinary steps against the concerned customer care officers and respective authorized service center that is responsible for my sufferings. Also would request the honorable low body to get my already made expenses due to failure of after sales services of LG to be reimbursed and the warranty of product to be extended.
